Calling the science side of Tumblr!

I humbly request your help with something.

Theoretically, I want to build a teleportation machine that can teleport someone over 800kms (~500 miles) to a new country. Putting ethnics and laws aside, would that be possible?

Additionally, I don't want to copy them to a new place, similar to how cellphones imitate voices. I want that to be the original person is at all possible.

Please help me in my questionable science experiments

So, if it is impossible to spin an object close to and at the speed of light because the power requirement becomes infinite, what will happen if we remove one of the limiting factors? If we put, let's say, a magnet in a perfect vacuum in zero-g, there will be nothing to stop it except walls in the enclosure. It should still move because of its and others' magnetic fields. After all, we already have Electromagnetic Railguns, and that is just "magnets make things go fast." Now, of course, if this does happen, the most likely thing to happen is that it would make a small gravity well, if one at all, and eventually be stopped by other magnetic fields as simply our wires would not be able to handle the number of pulses needed to make it go faster. But what if we make it spin in a circle. It would put less strain on every magnet, and what if we instead made the small object magnetic mettle and put it in the same environment as the last, but this time in a ring. It might just spin fast enough to make a gravity well (most likely crushing everything around it) and break the fabric of reality that would let faster-than-light travel between two points

I HAD A CRAZY DREAM LAST NIGHT AND I NOW WANT TO KNOW IF ANY OF IT IS THEORETICALLY POSSIBLE SO I AM CALLING ALL SCIENCE NERDS TO HAVE A DISCUSSION ABOUT THIS WITH ME!!!!

There were two people exploring this old old park that had “whites only” and stuff on it ans were making fun of it. They walked into a wooded section of the park and uncovered some thing. When they blinked, the scene around them changed entirely into a swampy area that they were knee deep in. They were panicked, obviously, and started heading toward the way they came from. When they looked up at the sky, they noticed three moons with one in particular being larger than the rest. There was one moon in the west, then, one in the north (this one was the biggest) and then the final one north east. They were all full moons and we’re glowing incredibly bright that you could barely see the stars around the moon even though it was a clear night. They felt even more rushed and started sprinting through the swamp but when they look down, they saw some sort of mythological beast chasing after them, and what appeared to be incredibly deep waters, even though it only reached their knees. The creature was deep purple and had razor sharp teeth and white eyes that were a green sort of color. The creature kind of mirrored an axolotl, but not quiet. The features were a little more sharp than an axolotl’s. One of them tripped in the scene changed again and then again, and again to a ton of different mythological stories. They move faster and faster until it seem to flash a sort of white and I was back in my body walking towards my room to go to bed. I was in the house with my mom, her boyfriend, and then my brother and I was laughing at some thing but I don’t know what. When I open my door to my room, there was a huge spiderweb with a banana spider in the center of the web. I jumped because I wasn’t expecting to see a banana spider, or just a spider web in general in my room, much less one as sudden and big as that one was. I turned around to go tell my mom about the huge spider in my room because I was so shocked and I saw a replica of the spider in my room in our dining room. That also shocked me, but then I heard a sort of yell or loud gasp coming from outside. It sounded like my brother, so I walked outside and saw the stars spinning so incredibly fast. That in itself is odd, but even more so the way they were spinning, they were spinning, pointing towards the east surrounding a sort of dark dot. That shouldn’t even be scientifically possible because that isn’t the way that the stars would “turn”, if they were to do some thing like that, then it would be north not east. Another thing that was strange about it was that you could see the entire galaxy, all the gases that appear different colors when you look at professional photos of the Milky Way. It was as if there was no light pollution whatsoever, but it was beautiful. Then I turn slightly, and the moon is in the north east, (which is also weird for the moon) But the moon was growing incredibly close to the Earth at alarmingly an fast pace. And I said loud enough for the people around me to hear, “the world is ending”. Then I blink, and turn to my mom who’s standing on the porch, staring at the moon and say, “told you this is how it would happen” not feeling scared at all. My mom blinked at me with the look of horror on her face, and I felt a sting in my chest.

Suddently wverything around us started turning red, it was thing and looked kind of like fog. Which kind of make sense, i mean the moon had just breached the atmosphere and probably like crushed our protective feild, not to mention it was most likely on fire. Also it was destroying the earth, core and everything so it probably looked crazy from an outside pov. I ran to my mom and immediately grabbed her hand. She was breathing fast and was very scared and i just said, “i love you mom,” and i hugged her and then my brother ran over to us and my mom hugged us both. The red grew thicker and brightwr and i squezeed my eyes shut and held onto my mom as tight as i could. The last thing i thought was, “what if we can survive but we have to be inside?”. Which is stupid bc theres no possibile way of surviving something like that, but that just what i thought, and then i woke up on my bed breathing heavy but not reallt feeling scared.

Abstract musings.

Life is fascinating.

You can make one seemingly innocuous choice but it could begin the unraveling of everything you know.

It could cause chaos and confusion or peace and structure.

The enthralling thing about this string of thought is the the varying perspectives of our individual realities. How no two are the same. My perception doesn't determine your view.

Here's the thing-

I've been trying to narrate your view through my work.

I've been left feeling stagnate and wondering why my heart feels a little distorted and my mind is out of balance. I'm not getting my messages across.

It's not the right approach.

Art, much like my father's description of hallucinagens, is a mirror used to reflect back to you many things including what you may need to see, not just want you want to believe.

Not what I, the creator, wants you to see. That takes away the ability to identify with what I've created I believe. It puts too much a stamp on it.

I want to switch focus to allowing you the space to explore perception of the moment. Leave room for you to insert yourself into the narrative so it becomes personal for each viewer and allows you to become a participant.

How does one go from delivering photography as it has been presented.. simple print. Matted, framed etc

To something that allows you to enter into it in some way be it internally, spiritually or physically... Or perhaps all and more.

I want to make true impact.

I want to reflect yourself back to you through others.

Identify. Connect. Grow

Creating internal change through still frames that are somehow brought back to life post being frozen in time.

With another body that is not yours but somehow you feel you belong to.

Somehow build a series of photos that allows us to connect with one another as a whole and no longer feel the I but experience the we that creates this very matrix we exist in.

I've long used this format of expression as a means of connection to other humans, to nature, to myself.

I'll get nothing out of the talents I have grown if I fail to marry my ability to use this as a silent connection with the viewer being able to find connection with the world they live in.. and not just with me as the creator.

There is a bridge to build between one another as a species as well as with the earth and the universe that envelopes us. There's an answer in here somewhere.

I'm convinced that it won't be scientists that make sentient AI. It's going to be game developers. So many games now are creating smarter more realistic AI, at least one game has created an entire universe with its own periodic table, and animal life with behavior based off of it's physical makeup which is procedurally generated and creates specific male and female variations of any created species. If that's not enough wr are making NPC and Enemy AI's less and less static and less stupid. They do things in plenty of games some NPC's have lives you don't get to see unless you think to follow them like in the newest Far Cry game. It's wild and I'm convinced that by the end of my lifetime some game developer will have made a server game where they have literally created a digital universe.
