See how both are true? You get to decide which version of reality you pay attention to. You have that CHOICE

IMAGINATION and your perception CREATE your reality

So whether it’s a banana or something bigger in your life, you get to select the reality you wish to experience by focusing on what serves you.

This principle applies everywhere. Want to think about food differently? Even fast food, like burgers, can be viewed from a new lens. 🍔

Did you know? A burger isn't inherently unhealthy! If you break it down -> lettuce, tomatoes, beef, bread <- each ingredient has its benefits. Choose to see how these elements nourish your body rather than focusing on the ‘junk food’ label.

🥤 The idea that fast food is unhealthy is more about quantity and balance than the food itself. Moderation and mindful eating are key!

So, whether it’s about food, relationships, or your dreams, remember: you have the power to choose the reality you want to live. Shift your perspective, focus on the good, and watch how your world changes.

Choose/Select your reality wisely because your attention is your greatest power!

Little tips that help me manifest ⋅˚₊‧ ୨୧ ‧₊˚ ⋅

In the past few days Ive been worrying like a lot about my manifestations/desires because I've put a lot of limiting beliefs I've only now discovered, and school's starting next week so all this has put me in kind of a rollercoaster- (I have like manifested only so little) 😬

1. Put zero focus&meaning on opposite thoughts or old beliefs-

The less you focus on the old-self and persist on the new belief about the desire the easier it gets/the more normal the new belief sounds- that's the easier way to explain manifestation because it really is that easy&simple. Little negative thought?- just affirm you have it and the thought is just the useless old story trying to creep back in.

2. If it seems very hard to believe don't worry-

There are many desires I still can't quite believe are mine and what I do is just listen to subliminals (goes past the logical part of the mind) and or robotically affirm(if you keep telling yourself that the desire is yours it will become normal)

3. There are zero limitations and nothing is ever in the way of your desire (only yourself)

It's never about how "big" or "impossible" it sounds- it's just about your perception of it and the belief around it. Nothing is ever in the way of your desire only yourself as in the way if you believe it is hard to get or you are "getting" it not having it it will be that way because the 3d reflects your inner state.

4. No method is ever required when you can just know it's yours truly

If you want to do a method- fine. But know you don't "have" to do ANYTHING to have it because you already do- just accept it. Know it, feel it and carry on with your life because remember if a little opposite useless thought comes, just let it pass and reassure yourself you have it because you DO!?

This is mostly for myself to remember because I just need this to be basic knowledge for me<3

Men And Woman: This Can Change Your Entire Perspective

Men vs Woman... I don’t usually read off my phone but when I do.. its a bloody good question...

We have a question in from Samantha... how are you doing Samantha!..Saying

“It seems more apparent, to my knowledge, that their is a great divide between Men and Women these days. The majority of Relationships between Men and Women appear to have changed drastically for the worst. Communication seems to be almost impossible... there is a major disconnect and a lack of Respect to some degree. When it comes to Relationships and Monogamy, both sexes seem to be very fearful... both want to be together, work together and co-exist as Men and Women traditionally have done.... but are so afraid to do so... and even seem lost due to the major changes in our world today. There are so many Catalysts that seem to have driven Men and Women so far apart. I would be interested to know your thoughts on this particular subject?

Oh Boy, you don’t want me to dive deep... especially in a jungle. Where shall we start?

What has helped me along my journey, when we talk of developing more harmonious Relationships... because after all, that is what we are here for... The trick is to never see Men and Women as opposites but more as compliments to each other.

I had a great Friend and I asked her

“Whats the different between Men and Women?”

she said

“There is so much... We are completely opposite, we are as different as Night and Day”

I told her

“Don’t you know that Night and Day are compliments to each other”

I have got a little Exercise for you... go and get a piece of paper and fill in the blank... Men are dot dot dot... what are you going to put down?.....and Woman are dot dot dot... What are you going to put down? Be totally honest... and whatever comes out, if it is very inspirational, full of elevation... guess what, you are probably going to find that you don’t seem too worried about this ‘Men and Women’ separation going on.... because you realize we are not at War with each other, we never have been... we are here to work together, to co-exist together in peace and harmony.... and thats what most of your attractions are built around.

However, if you have a lot to say... which maybe very honest but really their is a lot of confusion, a lot of War.... Then that is probably why you think it is Men vs Women.

What helped me along my journey was to realize I have to let go of all preconceived ideas of what I thought Women were and what I thought Men were. Because, Goodness Gracious, have we met every single Woman or Man in the World? Can you at least give me a chance.

You see, many of us, we have these sub-conscious programs running which really shape our whole outlook on life. Many time we have been around certain Friends who whisper in our ear 

“Don’t trust that Man” or “Don’t trust that Woman”... Sometimes it even our Parents...

But you have to ask yourself ‘Can you have a blank slate?... Can you enter a new Relationship with new eyes?’... and this can only happen when you don’t carry old energy into a new Relationship.

You see... we can only realize one of the greatest secrets.... that a Man has the Feminine and the Masculine within himself and the Woman has the Masculine and the Feminine also within herself.... So, guess what? We have so much in common.

When I stopped focusing on our differences and see what united us together... that is what made my Relationships and Friendships become more harmonious.

I talk about the 5 secrets to a great Relationship:

Communication

Appreciation

Passion

Trust

Fun

Many of us, we don’t communicate with our Partner... not because we don’t want to.... because there simply isn’t time so we have to create time.... because there is always time, it is only a matter of priorities.

Therefore, you have to ask yourself ‘What matters most?’... ‘How much do I cherish this person?’ and then you have to ask yourself ‘How can I create more time to be around them?’... because for you to know a Woman, for you to know a Man... they have to reveal themselves to you, we can’t come with preconceived ideas.

Some people say ‘I don’t trust them?’...Hey.... ask yourself ‘Do you trust yourself?’.... Insecurity is born out of a lack of trust for ourselves. And, Guess What?... you are right, Oh Yes, you are right.... the world has changed since the last 50 years because, Guess What, we have so much choice... Thats Right.

A lot of choice.. it means that, whereas before people would just get married, settle down and have Children.... now people are realizing, wait a minute... wait a minute... I don’t have to be in a Relationship that is making me unhappy. I can choose to be in a Relationship that nourishes and cultivates my soul.... and thats what a lot of people are doing... its also a wonderful thing when you embrace it.

Many times, I have realized along my journey.... when I connect with the Feminine principle within myself... I come to know the Feminine principle in Women a lot more. 

Just as when a lot of Women connect with the Masculine principle within themselves.. they come to know Men a lot better.

We have been told ‘what separates us?’... what we haven’t been told is ‘what unifies us together?’ What helped me along my journey, is to realize that we need each other because it doesn’t matter who you are... nobody can survive alone.

We have got a sub conscious program running which says ‘Be Independent’.... but, Guess What?, we are living in a interdependent universe.... So we better start learning how to get along with each other because, Guess What?... we are all we have!

At the same time, what has freed me along my journey... is not trying to understand a Woman or Man but, more so, to allow a Woman or Man to reveal herself or himself to you. Not to analyze a Women or Man but to realize that... whenever you accept someone for who they are... its not about changing that person, its about accepting them 100%... and now the Relationship can blossom.

But before any of that can happen... you have to ask yourself, ‘What is the level of consciousness both of you have?’. Do you both share similar interests? Can you both evolve and grow? Because, in essence, your so called ‘Twin Flame’... ‘Your Soul mate’... is really your higher self.

I wrote down a long time ago, “You find to one you Love, doing what you Love”... The reason why there seems to be a big disconnect with Male and Female Relationships is simply because many of us haven’t found our true calling. 

You see, once you actualize, once you have gotten what you really want... now you realize, OK... I better find my complimentary part of myself out there. OK, and you find it and you live happily ever after.

But, you see many of us, we are still running, we are still surviving... we don’t have time for no Relationship... Lets get real. But once you actualize, once you move towards your calling... you realize that, for you to go to the next level... you are going to have to embrace and share with your complimentary self... with your reflection... Because you can learn so much.

But, once again, what is the attitude you have towards Women or Men? because that is going to serve as the foundation for what you are going to attract into your life.

So, therefore, if you are reading this post... and you are a deep diver... write down one aspect you Love about Women? and one aspect you Love about Men?..

...And let’s unify and create harmonious Relationships!

Men and Women are two sides of the same coin... Men and Woman are perfect compliments to each other and we all need each other in this universe!

Separation is the biggest illusion we have on this planet... there is no such thing as Nationality, Country, Skin Color, Forename, Surname, Gender, Religion...

...We are all connected and we are all one within this universe and.... we are all each other has!!

You are Worthy...You are Enough... You are Beautiful... You are Powerful....just the way you are!
