#i have what i call the checking disorder#im not diagnosed officially with anything#for some reason my last therapist didnt put adhd down into my files#???#very odd#but#theres another#secret second thing that makes life just exhausting#and its checking and checking and rechecking and catastrophizing and#yeah its bc my short term memory sucks (the adhd and anxiety)#and the checkening is like ‘youre going to kill your whole family if you dont got check that door again’#which is really frustrating because then you gotta frame perfect parry this#and roll over to go back to sleep#‘val that sounds like —‘ idk what it sounds like boss#im TIRED#val’s holoterminal
