And sometimes you fall back. And sometimes you don't have it all "together". And sometimes you will be called to bend. And sometimes falling back is the best choice in that moment. But breath is always there. But the falling is not perpetual. But in falling back you get to experience the strength and flexibility of your core and your limbs and your mind and...and the sky did not fall. But you are more than the fall. But you can call the fall a back bend. But you can not answer when fears calls. But here you are. But there are others who would love to be able to bend like you. But there are others who cannot try to stand again. But you can. And now that you know that you can fall and not break and that your fall is a spontaneous confirmation of your strength and capacity and the willing of the universe and work of the ancestors to create the floor to stop the falling. And so now you choose: stay bent or stand again. Because now you know, your mind falls way more than your body. And since your mind controls the body and can train it to bend, it lends that your Divine self controls the mind. And so now when your mind falls you can choose to stay bent or stand straight. Because you are Divine.
