Fun stuff! I did a scavenger hunt at the LA Natural History Museum last year, it was really fun! Even if our team did come in second-to-last. Running around solving stuff with others was great! And you look lovely, my dear.

Thanks! :D (it's super comfy, too--best dress ever!) Oh man, murder mystery games are so fun--my BFF has a knack for finding the kits at garage sales, so she has a several and the parties are always awesome. The very, very best was when I borrowed one to play for my mom's birthday--I sent all the invitations to couples, right, with the dossier of the characters in the envelope, so since I didn't specify my parents' pastor and his wife decided it would be funny to swap roles. And that's how I came to see Pastor Dan in drag :D

I love him so much <3 Have you seen the movie Wit with Emma Thompson? I loved Donne before I saw it but oh man, it added a new dimension that just about overwhelmed my heart. Such a good movie!

And it turns out that she has to stay with us for six weeks, to get regular adjustments on her cast. 

There is a list on our fridge of 'Reasons Why We Cannot Keep Gizmo' :P

(reason 1 is that we promised her to my cousin. Reason 2 is that there's already 300lbs worth of dog in the house ;)

Daenerys inspired outfit #3

I'm wearing my lovely cameo from the Shadow Studio as well as one with a dragon pendant.  My red bracelet is copper and has the Targaryen crest on it.  Just got the dress last weekend and thought it'd be fun to dress up again.
