"Good news, though, the doctor says all the bleeding is internal. That's where the blood's supposed to be!"
Lol the problem is that Laf is the only “doctor” on campus and they’re very curious to see what happens next...

Keeper gets a pass when Ardun doesn’t, at least from me, because he put the keyword in as a last-ditch effort to save your life when the Sith wanted you eliminated, and hoped he’d never have to actually use it. Kothe, on the other hand, used it as soon as he possibly could, gave the keyword to a bunch of other people, and showed only the tiniest bit of remorse for using it. The only person I was more glad to see dead than Ardun Kothe was Hunter.
Kothe gave it to the other members of his team, who he presumably felt responsible for and wanted to make sure were protected from the Agent. It wasn’t as if he took out a billboard or something. We don’t know if he even spread it to the SIS at large, do we?
Though I admit I am operating on the assumption that, as a former Jedi, Kothe knew you were not what you claimed. I might cut him less slack if he weren’t Force Sensitive. Then again, both you and he are in a business where it isn’t safe to trust people.
And, sure, he could have had more remorse, but... he had remorse for using the code on his enemy.
Then again, I did play an Agent who is a decidedly un-vengeful marshmallow and that is probably coloring my impression of the whole thing. Everyone in the Agent story gets the very largest benefit of the doubt from me.
Okay, not the assorted Sith. But everybody else.
thestirge replied to your photo: Warhammer Fantasy RolePlay. It’s going well.
Could be worse. Could be Space Hulk.
I took an axe to the face then my face got set on fire then a while later a guy we knew turned to ash and breathed in his dead body and now my horrific facical scarring is full of teeth.
But I guess that my face hasn’t tried to bite me yet, so I got that going for me.

Oh snap, Fruits Basket. So good!
I KNOW RIGHT
Top 6 favorite animals?
Oh man what a question, might cheat a bit with some of these and I’m using wild animals btw
Lemurs (whod’ve thought it)
Canines in general with particular focus on Wolves, Maned Wolves/Foxes and African Hunting/Cape/Painted/Wild Dogs (The name gets changed around)
Reptiles are neat, Chameleons are pretty neat, Iguanas are too and Geckos
Deer, deer are cool
Birbs, Raptors, Owls, Potoo Bird (c’mon it looks ridiculous and i love it), Corvids (gimmie them corvids)
Cockroaches, i know it’s weird they’re gross but they’re actually quite interesting?

Well, I do admit that the mind control thing is a personal hot button for me (not really a trigger or even a squick, it just enrages me) so that definitely colored my response to that whole thing. And I might have had a different reaction to Keeper if I hadn’t already reprogrammed myself by the time he told me. But I was also 100% LS, and was surprised when I didn’t have to take a DS option to kill Kothe. Although you don’t kill him, you just let him die in the explosion
Oddly enough, I also think mind control is all kinds of no. Chapter Two of the Agent story is disturbing and creepy and I’ve been extremely reluctant to do it again on a different character.
Jedi are also far too quick to use mind control, so I can’t say I’m surprised that Kothe would use it or surprised that he doesn’t see it as super bad. (Even if I would disagree. I’m also not a fan of the Jedi Mind Trick. Is it sometimes the least bad option? Yes. Does that make it not bad? No. And it most certainly isn’t an appropriate way to get people to buzz off in bars. *gives Obi Wan Dark Side points*)
Sooo there’s probably quite a lot of character leakage in my opinion that Ardun Kothe isn’t that bad.
(Though if you spare him, you do later get more remorse from him and his admission that you inspired him to be a better person. Which probably adds to my being willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.)
yeah that was my first and probably only legendary raid since I have no way to get to them on my own and it was super frustrating for my husband so he's not likely to want to go to one again soon. nowhere nearby is safe for me to go alone so oh well. glad I got my birb, it was the only one I wanted to definitely sure I got.
