Right, so I’ve finished Knock three times.

I firmly believe that Bodkin is the narrator, Wish will probably die again, and permanently this time, the Wizards will need to sacrifice their magic to use iron against the Witches, Xar will go full Witch, and Encanzo and Sychorax will never be able to be together, even though they both so desperately want to.

with regards to the actual QUALITY of the thing, I really liked it. There were some parts that didn’t make much sense to me, but overall, it has the same witty, heart-wrenching style characteristic of an older-demographic Cressida Cowell book. I don’t know why I’m writing like a book critic, her books are the only ones I read for leisure nowadays.

The proportions are a bit off, and I was almost done by the time I actually bothered to look at the illustration i was inspired by, but I think I did fairly well.
