HOLY FUCK

Ok so I was reading some Deltarune theories because I'm in the mood and somebody mentioned that the person who's talking with us at the start can't be Gaster because it's not in wingdings, and they inferred that maybe they were Chara instead.

But then I realized: all of the text is written in caps. Chara doesn't speak this way, they have a very proper grammar and use caps only when needed. Entry 17 is written in caps tho.

And I thought, "This is important, speech patterns are important in Undertale, so what am I missing".

So, what if that IS Gaster.

My hypothesis is that Deltarune is another Universe that is chronologically placed before Undertale happens as a universe or timeline.

Other people have found clues to this, but I can't remember them very well right now.

Maybe Deltarune's timeline broke as a result of what happened to Gaster. Maybe Gaster is from Deltarune. Maybe THAT'S why he speaks in wingdings!
