Oh Citizens Of Panem,

I am surely loving doing this, it is quite fun. You guys & gals need to get your submissions in to get registered for the Reaping. I understand that there may be a dwindling interest in playing an online version of The Hunger Games, but I have faith in our fandom to bring this project to fruition. I also understand that because I've been so vague on the "catch" for this Quell, so let me clear some of it up.

Many ancient religions recognized four primal energies providing life to all here on Earth. These four primal energies are Water, Fire, Air, and Earth. With this Quell, we are "going back to the basics" so to speak, meaning that these four energies will play an integral role in what sponsor points buy you, what the Cornucopia has inside it's golden haven, and the essence of the Arena. This Fourth Quarter Quell, we honor the four quarters.

Here Is A Hint For The Fourth Quarter Quell, Are You Ready?

It's all in the numbers tributes. Think, think, think. It's all in the numbers. The fourth quarter quell done every twenty-five years means that this is 100 years of games. What number is important? Which number is not important? That's the question. One more piece of advice, the Arena is built upon that which gives you life, but also takes it away. Step carefully, tread lightly, and may the odds be ever in your favor.
