Left: Current model revision printing today. Right: Failure comparison. After further analysis last night and this morning I was able to take a better look at the model as opposed to the printer. While making modifications to stainless steel drive gears from the #thingomatic there were still issues when printing in the same spot, same layer. Two major changes with the model: 1. Added additional internal chamfers both above and below the middle concave section of the model. This only roughly adds an estimated <10cm^3 volume to the model, but cuts down print time by nearly an hour by #kisslicer estimates. 2. Flipped orientation of the model 180 degrees on the build plate. Still had some hiccups with some shredded filament at the drive gear, but was able to catch it right as it happened.
