Thirium Foods!

Wanted to warm back up to art after a few days off, and decided to make some random ideas of thirium related foods. Stuff that could be made for androids after the revolution... or maybe even before that to make androids feel 'with the family'. Idk just blue food practice.

What does Thirium (blue blood) smell like?

Metallic, a bit like human blood

Artificially sweet

Bitter like gasoline (discourages small children and animals from tasting it)

Like chalk water (because of the minerals)

Floral washing liquid (CyberLife wants it to be marketable)

Strong chemical smell a bit like nail polish remover

HC: Android saliva has a mild aphrodisiac effect on humans

So, recently, I asked you guys to send me some of your muddy thoughts about Connor. One of the comments I received on that post was this from @bluegutsfreak :

And now I want to discuss it further because I love getting into the meta of android biology and world building around androids in general.

So, as I’ve said before, I HC that all liquids in an androids body are thirium based. However, things like saliva and other synthetic excretions humans come into contact with regularly probably have a much lower concentration of the actual thirium itself than the compound that is thirium is 310 (which means that there are many ingredients in the compound, thirium is simply the active one). The reason that these bodily fluids that humans come in contact with likely have a lesser concentration is because it is canonically the case that thirium is poisonous to humans. However, even trace amounts likely still have the capacity to affect humans in some way. Just like in real life, certain intoxicating things, like alcohol or drugs, are technically poisonous to humans but not inherently deadly. This is why it’s called intoxication.

We know that thirium is the active ingredient in red ice — so we know that thirium does have the capacity to intoxicate humans.

So anyway, I personally like this headcanon and will be employing it in my fics going further.
