For people forgetting if they have taken their meds or not, get one of those daily medicine boxes. The ones that have boxes for Monday, Tuesday, etc. And if you take medicine multiple times a day, get one that has boxes for AM, PM. You only need to fill it once a week, and you will always know if you took the meds or not because if you did, the box will be empty.

if u wanna watch korra but are turned off by what u heard about the earlier seasons do this: 

- watch book 1 but fast forward the love triangle and pro bending scenes

- read a general summary of book 2 tbh

- watch the rest normally

I discovered something today.

the New Found Glory album "Radiosurgery" is great for speed writing too.

All the wongs have such a high rhythm you type faster to keep up with the song. I wrote 1500 words in less than half an hour. 

I think I might be doing this every day now.

The insides of your eyebrows should line up with the corners of your eyes. If your eyebrows are too far apart or too close together it looks odd! And please please please please please please don't pluck them too skinny.
