I don’t like that they punished Alice literally a decade later for something that was incredibly brave to do at the time it happened and would be revered as a queer iconic moment in the current day/age

VV went from being a show about being trapped in an alternate universe and trying to make the best of it while also trying to get home to a show about... them making a movie and trying not to go home? I guess? And Talay has decided that he doesn't need to go back to his friends and family and career after all, how great that he doesn't need them any more! No more issues with stealing Tess' life or worries about his portkey, right? He's just accepted that this is the only life he can live if he wants to have a chance at loving Puen.

What this means is that when one of them goes back (bet ya it's gonna be Puen first) it's going to have to shift gear again. But, like, what are we gonna do for three more episodes? What is the conflict now? Is it literally going to be about the movie making? Is that it? There's no longer any pressure or effort to go back to their original universe regardless of what it means.

So... what's going to happen for three more episodes!?

I mean, besides Aou and Fuse getting together.
