Summer Sweatfest, Tricep Toner, Back Attack! Arm Attack and Push Up Challenge
WOOOO! It's the last one and the first blogilates calendar I've finished! Yay! Need the August calendar now.
For some reason, Arm Attack didn't load so I did Arms on Fire instead. I had so much fun on this one although it was hard. My arms are weaksauce. I hate the pushup challenge. I like scorpion pushups but doing so many was ouch. Otherwise, everything was pretty standard. I liked the first video despite usually hating POP cardio. Nice day to end on.
Tough on the arms, but I managed. I also did the ‘Back Attack’. When you feel it working and its hard, thats when you know its taking its effect. Another reason why i love Casey and her workouts. Planning to do the ‘Arm Attack’ before bed. Last day of #ThisIsMyJuly :(
thisisMYJULY Monday 29th
Dance With Me Ab Challenge, Intense Ab Workout, Abominable Abdominals, Love Handles Exterminator, Best Lower Ab Workout and Waist Slimming Pilates
Hated the first half of this, loved the second half. I really don't like doing Cha Cha abs which was all the first challenge consisted of. Boo. And for some reason, the second and third videos just bored me a bit. I did have a lot of fun on the last three videos though especially Waist Slimming Pilates. It's such a fun song challenge, definitely one of my favourites despite the fact that I don't like Little Mix. I was doing this workout in my kitchen on tiles so I used cushions for the first part of Best Lower Ab Workout. I find cushions work a lot better than towels when you're on a non-carpetted surface.

Pick-Me-UP Quickie WO, POP Pilates for Weight Loss, Beautiful Burn, Bikini Kickoff Workout and New Year Slimdown WO
So this was pretty fun. I did this way late at night so I had to modify it a bit so I did didn't disturb my neighbours below us. The Pick Me Up Quickie was a really nice one to start off with because I'm often guilty of not warming up properly and this was nice and easy and kind of acted like a warm up for me. I also really loved doing the Bikini Kickoff Workout. I love dumbbell workouts and this was a really nice one. Overall, this was pretty hard. I find Cassey's HIITilates workouts pretty difficult and with two of them in this video, ouch.
thisisMYJULY Saturday 27th
VS Bombshell Butt, VS Stilleto Legs, Slimmer Inner Thighs, Inner Thigh Insanity, Perky Butt 'n Long Legs and Glad You Came Calves
This was really fun to do. I love leg exercises. So many plie squats, leg circles and clamshells. I love it. I managed to get through most of these pretty well without stopping. Then I crippled my knee in Perky Butt n' Long Legs. Seriously, fully crippled. I don't even know how it happened. I was casually doing plie squats next thing I know, immense pain.
I'm meant to have ballet class tomorrow but my knee still hurts a little when I bend it so I might sit this one out if it still hurts tomorrow. I don't want to hurt my knee anymore. I'm so annoyed. I hate injuries.
