Lots of #bench work today. Did 165x5 for 4 sets and did 5 backdown sets of 135x8 Mentally worked on keeping tight and keeping those shoulders pinned down. I'm also trying to get out of the habit of raising my head up as I descend. For me I just round my shoulders up when I pick my head up and that's killing my back tightness.
