I know it may be a little hard to tell the difference between the two pics, but the pick on the right is my normal way of wearing pants, on my hips, and on the right I'm wearing them at my waist (which I never do because my stomach was so big). @bebecca930 thinks I look better with the pants at my waist. Lots of work today: started with #squats 4x10 @ 225 then decided to conventional #deadlift with @tarzanlifting and it felt great, so I kept going up to a heavy single 455 and went for 500 haha ( @coreyclarkstrongman did not approve at first lol ). Forgot to post this video from this past Sunday: hit 6x5 on #boxsquats at 245. The goal was to stay tight and consistent throughout the movement, and I did pretty well. Here's my last set of #deadlifts from blocks 3x3 @ 455 (65lb bar). Pulled #sumo to work on my hips getting too far away from the bar. These are some of the best #sumodeadlift pulls I've done in a while.
