tonight- i swayed in mediation. it felt damn good y’all.

YOU’RE BREAKING FORM.  STOIC AND STRAIGHT AF IS WHAT THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE.  but for whatever reason i swayed- like a cattail by the ocean. not like a drunk.  or perhaps like one, i don’t know my eyes were closed and i was too busy dancing the song of my soul.  it wanted to dance, and i was fortunately in a place that was still enough and silent enough to hear it.  so we swayed this medi sesh all the way home and honey, it’ll be coming back for sure. 

Maybe that the thing... our souls always want to dance, we just don’t always  listen.
