Balam (Theme 23): Static Preview | Code
Hello, sleepyheads! Please be advised that I am not of Maya descent. However, I wanted to ensure that the theme name suggested to me will be used appropriately. Thus, in this theme, I researched what the word “balam” means and reblogged information regarding the Mayan civilization. Looking through the search tag in Tumblr on the Mayan civilization, I found some text posts that hit me. The Mayan language continue to exist today and it should not be forgotten. Although I have only researched on one word (balam), I have reblogged a post on Mayan Zodiac and information regarding the Tikal Temple. I hope that through these posts you can learn something!
