Bitches be waking up at 2am with they hip in pain so excruciating they can barely breathe, spending an hour hunting for they heating pad to no avail, all whilst working themself up into a POTS attack so bad they wind up sitting on the ground drenched in sweat with a heart rate of >150, and wouldn't be able to use the heating pad even if they found it, and wind up going back to bed, still in tremendous pain but now severely overheated as well
