#Day1 of the #Whole30 program is underway. I'm still in #ATL but I'm making it work. I couldn't let travel be an excuse as to why I wasn't eating clean today. This delicious meal is #Whole30Approved ☺ @thumbsupdiner 🍽 ______________________________________ Meal Details: -Grilled Chicken -Grilled Veggies (Mushrooms, Zuccinni, & Broccoli) -Grilled Potatoes with Onions -Fruit (Strawberries, Banana, & Blueberries - Didn't eat the blueberries. Not my fave 🙅🏽) ______________________________________ Started the morning with a quick 12 minute #AMRAP (5 exercises, 5 reps each - Burpees, Jackknives, SLDL to Bent Over Row, Thrusters, Tuck Jumps (10 reps) ). Completed 6 rounds + 10 reps in 12 minutes. Give it a try! It's a quick little burner that's great for travel.
