22. if you could write your own TV show, what would it be like?

i have So Many Ideas for shows so here’s a few

a show/webseries i’ve actually already written a few episodes for boils down to an anti-capitalist satirical scifi mockumentary about 7 astronauts on a corporate mission to uhhhhhh uranus :) i really gotta write more of that soon rip

i’d also love to write a show about a family that can travel through parallel universes which is used by their child to acquire a dvd copy of a famous franchise which was queerbaited in their universe but not in another. and you know, things get a little complicated when that version is leaked to the public 😌

i think i’d be really smashing at creating a skam remake set in my hometown. this is something i thought about and plotted a lot at the beginning of 2020 but i return to it every now and then. my version of wilhelm will get fucked and i dont mean in the sexual way

i dont quite know how to concisely explain this idea but basically it’s a look at child stars (and in a sense also child soldiers) through the lens of the ‘chosen one’ - basically years ago there was a teen who was the chosen one, had to fight monsters and shit and was propelled into the spotlight, eventually the monster battles were won, the toll it took on her mental health is still there though. now in the present there’s a new chosen one, this time the kid is even younger, so the ex-chosen one reluctantly decides to adopt/mentor/help the new chosen one
