omg tell the concept of ur childhood book

i dont remember it THAT well but i was so obsessed with post-apocalypse stuff as a preteen so i started a book about siblings living in an overgrown abandoned city and the younger one fell sick or something or got hurt i really dont remember so the older one had to rely on some questionable information from notes their parents left them to set out and get specific herbs that would help but on the way somehow travels 100 years back into a super futuristic place before humanity went to shit and the younger sibling also had some sort of power but yeah actually maybe it wasnt that cool. but i thought it was so cool back then because i really liked time travel stories.. i forgot the details now that i think about it
