I MADE A UQUIZ :SOB:
grr grrrrr grrr
https://uquiz.com/SER15t
idk how to rename the link
I'm not sure if this is a tic; however, I keep doing this sound with my throat and once I start, it's hard for me to stop
It feels like a hiccup and idk what really triggers it; it just happens. As I'm writing this now, I can feel it coming on just bringing it up. I'm not panicking or assuming it's a tic, as I've never had tics or a tic disorder; however I can't tell whether it's a stim or a tic
I need answers please🥺
fellow ocd havers:
so when my intrusive thoughts get really bad, i start twitching and jerking my head uncontrollably. it’s almost like a tic but i don’t know if that’s what it is or not. is this something other people do too or am i just weird?
so i have these weird moments where i stim but i have very limited control over them. usually they're vocal stims and it was pretty bad from around 9 o'clock. one of my friend (who has tics) seems hellbent on the fact that i have tics. i decided to film some of them to get a second opinion. i tend to shake a bit and contract my arms when i do these vocal stims.
i mainly have two: the 'nya' one and a 'hm' one. but on regular occasions when someone makes the 's' sound i begin to stutter when making those same sounds.
can anyone with tics or stims give me any advice to stop these noises? i like the noise in a sensory way but i don't like the fact that i feel as though i can't control them. i've tried chewing toys and everything.
This is a long post asking for some help/guidance about some new (ish) things (tics?) i’ve developed!! Everything is below the cut :)
if you read and think you know what’s up message me or reblog and talk in the tags or reply, just any help is appreciated :) thank u!
Do you guys’ characters in daydreams also have the thing where they won’t stop snapping their fingers or falling over or making ‘click’/’pop’ noises with their mouths or should I take my brain off and blow on it before putting it back in NES style
