In a world where everyone is born with soulmate-identifying marks of some kind, you'd think it would be easy to find your soulmate. Unfortunately, not everyone in this world had matching types of marks, so that made things a little more difficult.
Izuku only knows the first words his soulmate will say to him, so he has no idea that he's about to meet his soulmate on a quiet Christmas Eve as he's about to close up the small bookstore where he works for the night.
Katsuki knows exactly when he will meet his soulmate, thanks to the timer on his forearm. The problem is he has no idea where they are and the streets seem to be empty of people, until he stumbles across a small bookstore tucked away down an alley that seems to still be open.
Set a timer for 10 minutes. Write a verbal argument between two characters—skip description for now.
“Today’s big achievement was annihilating several doom piles that were scattered throughout our bedroom courtesy of my brothers.”
“We have worked as a team to remove them and tidy up the space to get ready for next week.”
“Dave’s going to be away at a retreat with Miss. Miller, so we’re all going to have to manage ourselves and also add in some extra chores.”
“I know we can do it! We can do it and still squeeze in time to do whatever fun things possible. I’ve got playlists prepped for Alvin and the planner and he’s got his visual timer. As long as we don’t let momentum slide, we will succeed.”
“Bought a giant ball of twisted tangle fidgets online and took them all apart to re-assemble into an ARMY of fidget toys!”
“I also bought two new visual timers! Because I couldn’t decide between them! They’re both great!”
“I AM READY TO CRUSH THE SCHOOL YEAR! Bring on the class projects! And the essays! I am armed to the teeth!”
