I had the best Gnocchi made fresh from scratch at @osteriadafortunata in Roma Italia. This dish is called Sorrentina. It’s made with amazing pomodoro tomato 🍅 sauce and topped with Buffalo Milk Mozzarella. I took my time savoring each pillow soft bite of this wonderful pasta. It was heavenly and dish one should have on their traveling bucket list. Take my word for it. How can I leave #barcelona without trying Paella 🥘? This dish is a regional favorite. It consists of delicious saffron rice, clams, mussels, calamari and shrimp. They say that France makes the best dishes of Duck in the world. I don’t know if it’s 100% true but this dish was fabulous. This is Pan Seared Duck Breast with Raspberry Vinaigrette. The Duck was tender, moist (yes I used that word) and a little red in the center. It was cooked perfectly. I’m in Paris France 🇫🇷 and today I tried Frogs 🐸Legs for the first time. And YES they do taste like chicken. They were VERY good. They were tender and rich with flavor.
