Good morning!

Green tea 🍵, folded laundry 🧺, made coffee ☕, watered the flower box , went for a run 👟.

To say it felt good would be a lie, but you know what it did feel? SATISFYING. hot damn that is the best I have done on that run yet!! I walked some, but I NEVER GAVE UP! That was A LOT OF EFFORT. Proud of me :). Also, I wore shorts 🩳!!! I have not done that in YEARS. Running through the semi chafing did not make the run easier, but it gave me something easy to overcome!
