An Arakshian sword fighter, Tizona Ernesta is a skilled and loyal soldier, unwavering when it comes to her orders. Ernesta was mentored from a young age to wield cursed blades including her signature weapon, Vizima.

I had to check, and there is a sword named Tizona that belonged to Spanish national hero El Cid. The name fittingly means “firebrand”. It’s a tangent, but it caught my eye, because this isn’t the only reference we have to Spain in this arc. El Cid was a warrior and strategist held in extremely high regard by his employers until they exiled him. The exile, according to tradition, has to do with a battle he fought against the Emir of Granada. And Granada is where we find Alhambra, the fortress Section 13 borrowed its design from.

El Cid never went to actual Granada, as far as I know, but it was against the state of Granada that he fell from grace in the eyes of his masters.

reading into things a bit I seem to be collecting everything Spain in one post now, so throwback to the legend that Alhambra can supposedly never fall because it’s protected by a spell of the devil. But it lasts only until the Hand grasps the Key.

Ok so my friend convinced me to post this as well. These are two fantrolls of mine doin a lil kissaroo. I used an art base but I honest to god can’t find the creator of the base art I used. Obviously I used the third one. Any way the brown blood it tizona ephram and the purple blood is peajay grimal, and they love each other. I might do more l8er.
