What scene do you reckon was the five minutes that were cut from the screening?

As far as I know, it was the Euros reveal at the end; the press was pretty shocked by that. I’m guessing it cut off at that scene right after John and Sherlock leave Baker Street after the hug.

Don't be discouraged. They didn't air the entire episode of TFP. And why would they? Johnlock becoming canon is a HUGE deal. Bigger than Jenny and Vastra kissing, and they cut that out of the screening for that. Why wouldn't they cut the kiss/confession out for TFP? And..why did they suddenly not make people sign NDAs if that was literally the episode? They also cut the Eurus 'surprise' in TLD screening, too. Don't be discouraged quite yet. Something's still fucky.

Hey, thank you lovely. I just don’t know what to think anymore. The no NDA thing is indeed weird but I also can’t remember if they ever had any for the TLD screening. And I’ve seen the discussion about the DW screening but there has never been a source iirc? But ok, since they cut the Eurus reveal I’m literally begging that there has to be more in TFP but I’m also really tired so I’m not trying to get my hopes up anymore.

Ok, we might get lucky today and avoid spoilers since the public screening only happens 6 hours before it’s on TV and articles hopefully only show up after that. 

But how do we avoid spoilers for TFP? The screening happens on the 12th and people will write and post their goddamn articles before it unless there’s a giant NDA? Hrm ok, I think there is but STILL, there’s always the possibility that a) people will post spoilers anyway (it happened for HLV iirc) and b) “non-spoilery” articles will still contain spoilers because these people have no idea what a spoiler is in that case.

Do I actually have to leave this place now? There were notes saying “No filming, social media or photos allowed at this event” though and there’s going to be a Q&A too afaik so when are people allowed to post sp0ilers, exactly?
