Everett as a child of ares.
I’ve genuinely been going insane about this au over the last couple days. His rings are made of celestial bronze and expand out to form his gauntlets and he received them when he was born from his father but after that ares never really interacted with him or his mother.
He grew up knowing that mythology was real since he lived in a community of people who could see through the mist that basically worshiped Demeter and cared for the nearby nymphs in the forest they lived in away from the rest of society. Though at the time he didn’t know his father was a god.
When he learnt his father was a god and that he was a half blood he got into an argument with mum and basically ran away he thought the best thing he could do was go out on quests and fight monsters and not hide away in their small community.
He made his way towards camp being guided by a group of older halfbloods and some satyrs. He spent around a year and a half being in the Hermes cabin unclaimed. He meets Lucia around 9 months after he joined the camp and meets Jin after the year and a half when he finally gets claimed at the same time as Jin when they both get distracted and start fighting during a game of capture the flag.
He’s also highly interested in poisons and medicine to see if there’s any ways that he could harness their powers. (Basically his beast powers)
