The Tata Mumbai Marathon is more than a sporting event; it has become an emotion of Mumbaikars! ❤️🏙️

Since 2020, IISM has been developing and publishing the TMM Socio-Economic Impact Report 📊, based on extensive primary data collection and detailed analysis, to provide a 360-degree view of the marathon’s impact.

The report examines how TMM influences runners over time, from rigorous training 🏃‍♂️, preparation, and participation, to long-term engagement with fitness, community, and purpose. ✨

Beyond individual participation, the research report assesses the marathon’s broader socio-economic impact 📈, encompassing its effects on economic activity 💰, employment opportunities, volunteer ecosystems 🤝, public health awareness, social inclusion, and other related aspects.

These insights enable organisers and stakeholders to plan more effectively, enhance participant experience, and strengthen the event’s long-term value. ✅
