Back when I used to watch the tmnt 2012 show, little me always thought that raph was the leader. One of the reasons was because he had a red bandanna (only to later found out that leo was the leader the hole time, I was young when this show was airing ok 😭.) so when I started getting into rise and found out that raph was the leader this time, I was pretty happy about the chose the writers went with him.

After accidentally tumbling into an alleyway on accident and getting cornered by some evil men. He was there to save you. Jumping down to your rescue from the roof of the building above. After the freak out of not only, the evil men but also meeting a giant "turtle mutant ninja" as he put it, you calmed down. Noticing right after that "turtle mutant ninja" didn't exactly roll of the tongue but it was the best way to describe what he truly was.
Regardless, the both of you ended up becoming friends and now its been two weeks, three counting today. Currently sitting on a rooftop of your apartments watching the sun set slowly. "You know Raph, you really make my day when you pass around here..." You state to him as you continue to watch the sun. Noticing from the corner of your eye Raphael turn his head to you. "...It's makes my day just coming to see you" he says with the goofiest little smile on his face.
You turn to him and smile back, letting out a chuckle. "SOOO let's see, which brother are we missing now?" You ask, as it is now his turn to chuckle. "I guess the one and only Mikey" he states as he looks at the sun set again. For the past two weeks he'd tell you about his brothers, a week for each brother.
First week was Donnie, a scientist who loves his tech. Second week was Leo, the super charismatic and 'totally not' egotistical turtle and now we have Mikey.
"Mikey is the youngest, a ball of energy. He just loves painting everywhere, even on his shell. This sunset actually reminds me of him..." Raph states smiling at himself. "You really love being their big brother huh?" You say smirking and slightly leaning over to him to shove him gently in a teasing manner.
He looks back at you as he laughs placing his huge hand on your head messing up your hair. "hey hey, watch the hair!!" You yell out playfully as you grab his hand with yours and pushing it off slightly.
Raph smiles softly, looking down at both of your hands holding his one big hand. You notice his stare as a red hue slowly grows on your face. Letting go of his hand quickly. "Sorry, I-" You were about to apologize as he then goes to now grab your hand, his smile growing. "don't be sorry...it...feels nice to hold hands with you" he says holding on to your small hand in his. Noticing him look away, his face slowly matching his mask.
You let out a small chuckle, smiling at your hand holding his. Giving his hand a little squeeze "I think it feels nice too..."
