You know that Wall of Tired that hits as soon as you sit down after spending the day on your feet? That moment when your muscles turn to cement after you’ve sat down for a minute…. That feeling of inertia that takes so much effort to overturn?

Stretching prevents it, entirely.

I don’t even need to stretch much. Each pose for only about 10sec before I head home, 2-3min. Suddenly I have motivation and energy in the evenings to do stuff again.

and have Scorchfur and Dawnpelt be together since they seem to be closer in age??

instead of putting the younger cats with these cats who are implied to be much older than they are???
