Today's generation rejects what is ordinary and hackneyed... Cheap sympathy from comfortable places... Absurdity that begs for justice... A fragile girl with a slender neck... wrinkles of the old and weak... Today's generation despises grown-ups who criticize youth when they obsess over superstars, Assembly line, factory-like schools where they produce ingredients for canned food called 'College entrance', An irresponsible mass media that sells a product called 'fashion'... And a city that's losing its faith in the dignity of life... Today's generation disdains wandering youths... youth changing their idols like disposable bags..., brand names overflowing in shops, cowardly young people who willfully ignore societal obligation and call it 'rebellion'. It reviles all that hypocrisy, indolence, exaggeration, and mindless satisfaction. Today's generation thirsts for a forest in the city, a hearty dinner, and peaceful streets.... For pollution-free rainfall in the summer, The calloused hands of a smiling grandmother. Today's generation thirsts for love without fear, and the city's despair that soars over the gray clouds...

If I looked the part, I would be emo, but I literally don’t have the money for piercings, or tattoos, or the motivation to cut my hair, dye it, or do my makeup different (Maybe it’s just cause I don’t want to be judged in public but whatever) But I listen to the music, I dress the part, but I just don’t look it with my face and hair. But I guess I’m technically still emo. I was just born several years too late
Common Sense and New Elementary Education
My biggest pet peeve is when people say “I could care less.” Think about it… that means you care. What you are trying to say is “I couldn’t care less.” As in could not; you have no more care left to give. It truly saddens me how common sense is lacking more and more throughout the generations. S/o to my parents, and my school, but mostly my parents. Because however tf they raised me…it was exactly right. I don’t understand how other people my age and older lack logic and common sense. It’s truly baffling. Can we also talk about how my small town school is now issuing iPads for homework use??? This literally isn’t helping the kids. Like sure there’s the pros. It’s not as easy to lose or damage the assignments. Easier to keep track of them; less space. Maybe more variety in the work. I don’t know. Sure a lot of pros. Congratulations. But the cons! It supports the development of technology addiction. I’m personally addicted to my phone and I hate it. But I can’t stop. I get stressed if I don’t have it. It’s like a lifeline to the world. And if that’s bad, imagine what these kids are gonna be like as they grow up with technology attached to them. Also, as I’m sitting here at night typing this out I can’t help but think how bad the constant use of technology is bad for the eyes and the brain; and an emphasis on the fact that these kids are in vital developmental stages. Another thing: has anyone ever given thought to how technology is not gonna help the kids as much as physically writing something down does? It’s factual that a person retains knowledge that they physically write down. I swear, humanity is gonna lose writing skills just as the cursive skills vanished #SHOOK Like I approve the inclusion of the technology, but don’t let it replace the reality! If anything, I think there needs to be more focus on reality; physical writing and reading, logic and common sense!!!

English Discussion about "Youth"
Teacher: "What are your problems as young people of today?" Me: "Well, living in a world that is already being ruined by the previous generation, both in environment and economy&job market... Mental illness growing by the day..." Teacher: "Oh, yeah, you have many problems! Like choosing your presents for your birthday and cleaning your rooms!" Yes. Thank you. That is exactly what we meant.
Problems with today #1.
Selfie kisses are cool and all (not really), but some people really need to learn to just enjoy the moment.
