While I'm rematching the office I have to confess that I don't hate Roy as much as I thought I did. His actions where definitely bordering on abuse and they weren't okay but I'm honestly that mad at Roy anymore knowing that he's a completely different guy by the end. I'm a little more mad at Todd and Jan because they never seem to learn, they don't want to change. Jan does make some attempts to take therapy but I don't know she just never seems to understand the things she does are not okay. She just keeps getting worse and its terrifying to watch honestly. Todd is just pathetic, he thinks his actions are funny. He's completely ignoran. Roy wants to change and I can clearly see moments where he's not happy with himself and I'm genuinely proud of how much he works on himself .
