Jean, Connie and Sasha are the Team JNR of the Scouts
Honestly, I still need to finish watching Attack on Titan, but I think I've seen enough of their characters to get what you're putting down.
Jean is a tall, kinda entitled dude who joins the Military Police to live the easy life. Connie... is the short one, and that's all I can come up with besides him finding his mom titanized, and Sasha is the hungry potato/meat gremlin who grew up with a survivalist before joining the Survey Corp.
Alone, these three... Don't really have much, HOWEVER, I can see them also being the fan favorites, perhaps even moreso than the main cast of Eren, Mikasa, Eren, and Christa. Definitely comparable to Team JNR compared to the main heroes of Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang.
That said, I don't really have anything else to add to this except for the A Slap On Titan versions of the characters. So... Here ya go~!
