Hi! I don’t know if this is too vague, but do you have any headcanons for any of the ship’s boys?
Not too vague at all! Thank you for the ask!
Overall, they all feel so young. They really are just boys, yknow?
David Young: he’s like a baby bird to me… quiet and frail. I think maybe he was always a bit sickly from the beginning. Wall always gave him a little extra food in hopes that it would make him heartier. He always thought of his sister as someone who was smarter than everyone else, and he truly believed she was going to become important and make something of herself.
Tommy Evans: he’s the sweetest of the ship’s boys. Always helping out when he can. Even in his free time. He likes to write little stories and draw pictures to go with them. He reads them to his friends. William Strong liked his illustrations especially. Some of them are up in the ships little art gallery in the Mess Hall.
Robert Golding: I don’t think he’s evil. I think he was too easily persuaded. He was just scared and wanted to hear someone with confidence. He was told “the captain is lying to you and he won’t save you, but we will,” and he believed it. He was naive and scared. He just wanted to go home. He wanted to be liked. He wanted to be viewed as important. He thought if he did what they said then he would be able to go home….
Georgie Chambers: After David Young died, everyone took him under their wing. It was hard enough to lose one of the younger members of the crew. No one wanted to lose another one. He has older brothers at home so he’s used to being teased and pushed around a little. It’s nice to know everyone is watching out for him though. He likes hanging around the marines because they tell the best stories. He also thinks that maybe one day he could become one. It would make his parents so proud.

You might be seeing Scarlett post more often because I’ve actually gotten tons of new ideas for SITBC. I’ve been bingewatching “Charmed” and that show was my original inspo for Scarlett Rodriguez/Tonicwater so it makes 100% sense that now I’m getting re-inspired to continue writing. Gonna sit down tmmrw and try to finally finish the script for episode 2! Excited to see what I come up with & excited to see Scarlett, Brina, Jasper, Amythest, and Tommy develop more as characters.

Neverland au - Peter Pan Tommy Evans
"You look like a grown up... You talk like a grown up... What an absolute poppycock!" Peter exclaims rather angrily. "I don't need no grown up tell me what to do." He flyes around Liza for a while then lands before her on the ground, hands on his hips. "But.." He considers with a childish grin. "If you can tell stories, maybe I can reconsider you being our mother."
