I am tired. There was a death in the family and I've been quietly grieving. I even had a bottle of wine last night. And i dont really drink anymore. I look like hell. Ok ok, I'm like a week behind bit ive been busy with the new challenge. As everyone knowa i embarked on @donsaladino #toneupwithdon challenge. 6 weeks and it did amazing things. I cant stress enough how awesome this is. I'm so much more mobile, i can sprint again, I'm stronger, i feel great and best of all, no heart issues for 6 weeks. That's HUGE. I can't thank Don Saladino enough for this program and am definitely trying his new ones when they are out. Head over to his page and check him out!!$ . . So 6 weeks, you can see my pics there, I'm so proud of my progress. 12 lbs. Gone on the scale, 8 inches gone from me. 8 inches I'm never letting come back!!! . What's that you say? Its TUESDAY?!?!? Which can only mean one #TransformationTuesday woot! So on the left you have Erika at Disneyland in Cali 2 years ago. Despite the smile I was feeling really down. I was with my best friend @km_adams and having fun but I was getting tired too quickly and all I could think about was that I was hot hungry and tired.
