Here we go…. We have finally got all the info together and done much of the tweaking and improvements in order to offer Cloverdale Forge’s blacksmithing guillotine for sale. We are going to take order and get a count for a limited run of these tools. Order list will be open for a couple weeks and then we will send out the required quantities to the cutter. We won’t take money until we are ready to ship. At that point we will contact via email with cost of shipping calculated. Shipping first thing in the new year, we have designed this rig to hold the top at any height above the lower tool, so that its ready to go when you come from the fire with hammer in hand. The rig is going to be shipped flat packed and is assembled with no welding, and can be assembled and reassembled to accept 2”x1/2” , 2”x 3/4”, or 2”x1” tooling… whatever works best for your needs. It can be mounted on a bench or on a hardy stem, whichever fits your work style and will come with one mild steel tool blank, (2”x3/4”) with options to purchase extras in mild steel or 4140.
