🔥 What’s the pettiest thing they’ve ever argued about?

oh my god. i've always headcannoned Cassian being a bit fastidious, a little fussy and Jyn far more cavalier and sloppy lol. for this reason, Jyn would take great pleasure in never putting the binocs away in the "right" way, or charging his blaster just so, just to goad him into being annoyed. she thinks it's unbearably cute and it usually leads to some make up sex lmao. they're freaks.

💔 What’s the one fight that almost ended them?

always think that either one of them would be apt to do something very dumb to save the other one, puttign their own life at terrible risk, and it would be a bad one. i think there are other things they might fight about (jyn's insecurities, cassian's refusal to take care of himself properly, etc etc), but this one would be devastating. lots of high emotions and strong feelings/convictions. they'd come to an understanding, of course (together or not at all), but it takes some tears and harsh words to get there. <3

21. How have they changed each other for the better/for the worse?

It’s no surprise that Drake’s certainly regained some of his youth by being with her, but also from the children they have. It keeps him young and oddly, more patient. He knows people find it odd, wondering how they could have anything in common, but through their differences, he grew to understand and love what makes them different all the more. Even with that– or the endless amount of energy she seems to have, my god– he loves everything for who she is and chooses to be. She’s tested him, but in all the best ways. 

She didn’t expect to be a step-mother so young. And she was terrified. But… Drake eased her into it, to learn how to care for listen to kids that weren’t hers… but such a part of him that made her love him even more, seeing him be a father. Crystal had to learn how to not to think only for herself, and he taught her that, through every messy step. Of course, once they finally got pregnant with Emma… she finally understood everything Drake’s been teaching her. If only Lia could see how she’s trying….

Oh, Crystal’s a neat freak. Drake also quickly learned not to leave his socks around.

Sheriff. I could see him dozing off next to Doc, and before you know it, he’s all snuggled up next to Doc. If it was anyone else, Doc would be annoyed, but because it’s Sheriff, he just smiles to himself and snuggles back.
