Ingredients: 4 hot dogs. 4 slices of bacon. 4 hot dog buns. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup pickle slices. Ketchup and mustard for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat. Wrap each hot dog with a slice of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks. Place the bacon-wrapped hot dogs on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the hot dogs are heated through. While the hot dogs are cooking, lightly toast the hot dog buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until they are warm and slightly crispy. Remove the toothpicks from the bacon-wrapped hot dogs. Place each bacon-wrapped hot dog in a bun and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Top with diced onions, diced tomatoes, and pickle slices. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard to taste.
