Cattitude at the Secretariat

This calico cat is said to be a famous resident of the Marlborough House that is currently serving as the headquarters for the Commonwealth Secretariat.

Taken through the glass screen of the window where it was sitting in the dimly lit interior, reflections were difficult to be avoided. These had need to be fixed in post by some 'burning'.

Our 1950 mid century/ranch style house has a large window on the Eastern wall.

This window and window sill offer a perfect source of soft lighting and a place for my cats to sit for photos.

In July 2024, our (then) new tuxedo kitten, Jolene liked to sit in the window with her roommate, Ziggy Stardust the tortico.

Ziggy was five years old and Jolene was three months old.

Ziggy attempted to hide from Jolene behind the sheer curtain but Jolene found her and continued her shenanigans.
