Lovely 1920 older townhouse in Philadelphia, PA has 3bds, 1.5ba, 1,550sqft, $375k. It's been renovated, but is it a good reno or a renooo?
Entering the living room you can see how extensively remodeled it's been. Unfortunately, they eliminated the fireplace, and made a little shelf, instead.
The floor and stairs have been replaced to match. I would think that they chose lighter wood than the original, and it's knotty pine.
So, the living room is fresh and modern. They were going for Modern Prairie style, I would say.
The half bath looks like it was updated some years ago. It's kind of dark, I think that I would at least paint it.
The kitchen was completely renewed with modern cabinetry and quartz counters. It's a galley kitchen and has everything that a kitchen should have.
There's a backsplash on the stove side and it does have an exhaust.
Not sure if this doorway is new, it was either here or modified. The shelving is unusual in the way it curves up and across the ceiling.
It's a lovely dining room and has a door to the patio.

Aesthetically, I'm not sure that I like how those upper cabinets stick out.
The shelving is a very attractive feature.
This looks like the primary bedroom. It's a good size and it's a nice light space. I'm not a fan of open closets.
The only full bath has been completely redone.
The sink is sculpted cement on an angle, so it wouldn't hold water too well. I don't think that it even has a stopper.
This bedroom is very nice. I like the floating night stands. They look like they're attached to the bed.
Interesting rounded wall with glass blocks. I think that's the bath.
The backyard is very unusual. It looks like a DIY pavilion, although pretty nicely done, with a seating area and an outdoor kitchen.
And, then back here, there's this adorable little hangout.
This is so cute. It has a sink and a heat stove.
Plus, it also has a covered rooftop deck.
Looks like there's storage in the back of the building, and the large parking area is gold in Philly. 1,742sqft lot.
