Hi! I hope all is well! Umm...I constantly feel obligated to stay in shitty situations like in an abusive job (because I need money) or with mean family (because they need me), so I end up feeling so trapped that I can't leave. Could you make a sigil that's along the lines of "I don't feel trapped"/"I am not trapped"? Unless there is already something similar floating around. I would really appreciate it.
I’ve been there homie. It took a long time for me to build the self confidence and resources to learn how to leave these situations, there’s still some that I have a hard time finding it in me to leave behind. Here ya go I hope these sigils help.

“It isn’t just the way it is, it’s what you make of it.” That’s a common argument that we’ll probably often here when we begin bringing up how a certain situation or environment is affecting us. Personal accountability is great, but in some cases, things truly are outside of what we as individuals can do to cope with whatever is going on.

I’m an adult but I am not childish for walking away from a toxic situation.
People will try to control the narrative of your elevation with an “I remember when”. Well I remember when too, that’s why the course of my journey has changed, and it looks like you can’t go.

Even after you cut them out of you life they will continue to talk about you.
Please do not let this prevent you from moving on because they will never stop.
Don’t give up
One of the hardest parts about walking away is accepting the fact that they will never change.
Once you accept it then you can move on.
I was naive in always choosing to see the good in them.
I was stupid to give them the benefit of the doubt.
I was foolish for giving them so many chances.
That is why I missed all of those red flags.
