St Paul made this clear in his letter to the Galatians "There is neither Jew nor Greek: there is neither bond nor free: there is neither male nor female. For you are all one in Christ Jesus." Gal 3:28. and then also in 1 Corinthians 11 For it has been reported to me by Chlo′e’s people that there is quarreling among you, my brethren. What I mean is that each one of you says, “I belong to Paul,” or “I belong to Apol′los,” or “I belong to Cephas,” or “I belong to Christ.” Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul? (1 Cor 1:11-13).
Really, there's only one distinction you need to make and that is if you keep His commandments because, "if you love me, keep my commandments" like in John 14. All of these various distinctions and flavors are more or less frosting because when you stand in judgement before the throne of God, Jesus will not ask you what political party or movement you belonged to, he will not ask you if you were an activist or if you marched in a protest. He will ask you if you clothed the naked, fed the hungry, comforted the sorrowing and everything that was preached on the Mount. So please stop larping and start doing.
