“Movement is life and so shall you move” Today was a very productive day For the first time in a while i was able to get one of my clients to officially walk on a treadmill. After evaluating her movement patterns on the treadmill, we utilized our training method to alter her gait to perform a better movement pattern that aided in her mid swing and mid stance portion of her gait.
