Let me preface this by saying I am a cis woman, but I am married to a transgender man, and have many trans friends and loved ones.

I've noticed that in a lot of trans Merlin fics and prompts by cis people, they all seem to be angsty, because of being trans.

I want to see fics about trans joy! Gender euphoria, a storyline and personality for the character other than being trans.

God knows the world needs focus on trans joy right now.

I listened to a podcast that theorised that the reason Merlin gets so buff in series 5 is because he's trans and that's when he figures out how to make magic testosterone. and I just think tumblr needs to hear about this
