This struck me because lately myself and other advocates have been asked or invited to “ have a seat at the table “ to discuss reform and representation of lived experience within the child welfare work and more. I have found more and more after the zoom meeting has ended and everyone has been dismissed. There’s another conversation that happens amongst people who are unwilling to do the work, unwilling to put family /community/children / human lives before a cash payout or check and put forth a change that needs to take place but yet some will swear to it and tell you that this is inclusion. #MDDTSpeaks #ResilientVoicesAndBeyondMovement #TransformativeChange #ChildWelfareReform #ChildWelfareInjusticeAwareness #bethechangeyouwanttoseeintheworld https://www.instagram.com/p/CnECGX5s99X/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Super excited to share today’s episode of #EverythingisWorkable with guest Stacy Parson. This woman is incredible. I maybe told her I loved her a few times when speaking with her. She’s pithy, clever, and super sharp. I have been percolating with this conversation since recording it and am stoked to finally get to share it. • • • As ever, you can listen to Everything is Workable on iTunes or Google play, and on my website (link in bio) or on Podbean. • • • Immense gratitude to my patrons. You may be few but you are mighty supportive and my gratitude is boundless. 🙏🏼📿💖 • • • #podcast #transformativechange #cultureshift https://www.instagram.com/p/ByYcJrYBdCm/?igshid=1iopnoslw9773
Hey hey! A new episode of Everything is Workable!

This is a SUPER galvanising episode with Stacy Parson, a principal at Knowetry Consulting and partner with The Dignitas Agency. She shares the practices she brings to her work of supporting companies in building a more representative workforce.
Stacy is a fountain of pithy insights and wisdom, and this is one of those interviews where I was sad to have to end the conversation. She has so many offerings—from guidance on how to tell if a community is ready for true change, to methods of empowering people from marginalised communities.
