Does anyone have info about the process of getting hrt, especially testosterone, in Portugal? Does anyone know if nonbinary trans people tend to face more obstacles getting hrt if known to be nonbinary vs. a binary trans person? I'll most likely be trying to get a prescription in Lisbon or Porto.

I already have a prescription in the U.S., but I'm scared that I'll lose access to my hormones when I move. Would showing my current prescription and/or my records from top surgery expedite the process of getting prescribed testosterone there? Will I need to see a psychologist again, or would the letter where my doctor approved for me to receive HRT be sufficient to get a prescription?
