futchmisia is being told that being futch is dressing “normally” with “normally” usually meaning casual but not necessarily androgynous (which many futches including myself dress by the way) but butch and femme are community roles and thus why being both is somehow controversial. doesn’t even account for the fact that these identities can be genders or tied to one’s gender, making this point transmultimisic and exorsexist as well.

Transmedicalism iz still alive and well in 2026, they never actually went away. Literally still going around claiming that trans people who do not or cannot medically transition a press those who *can* afford to lofl.

Even if we ignore every other problem with transmedicalism, the classism is just so absurd. Like yes insult of your choice, surgeries cost money. Transportation to the surgeries costs money, the time it takes to recover well not being able to work all costs money.

I would very much appreciate debates about transmultiphobia/transmultimisia that don't only include man/woman bigender experiences. Because, yk, not all bigender people are man/woman, and not all multigender people are partially man and/or partially woman.
