So here I am, having a good day, trying to clean house. Out of nowhere come my anxiety again. I am proud that instead of letting it get worse I took my medicine, did some exercises, and sat down to breathe through it. Praying it passes soon and easily.

Merry Christmas! We had a simple dinner (Paul rose from his death bed to smoke the pork), Izzy did not nap (never good), Gabby was absolutely vibrating she was so excited.. things started to fall apart minutes after we sat for dinner. After presents it was a full out epic screaming meltdown (which just ended). Izzy is a mess. Gabby had a great time.
